This exclusive cruise takes you to one of the most remote and uninhabited atolls of the Maldives: Vaavu. The eastern side of Vaavu is a top destination for cruising boats year-round, and for good reason. Short stretches of open ocean, easy to navigate in any monsoon, separate the atoll from Malé, ensuring smooth sailing throughout the year. The diving and snorkeling here are exceptional, with some of the most vibrant underwater sites in the archipelago. With only two resorts on the atoll, it offers a peaceful, crowd-free experience, and the eastern tip is renowned for its abundant marine life, particularly during the dry monsoon season. For the last 3 nights of your journey, relax and unwind at Velassaru Maldives, staying in a Deluxe Bungalow on a bed and breakfast basis. Your spacious 70sqm bungalow offers contemporary living surrounded by tropical greenery, just steps from the beach. With minimalist interiors and vibrant accents, it's the perfect retreat. Room and meal plan upgrades are available upon request. After your stay at Velassaru, the yacht will be relocated to Malé, and speedboat transfer to the airport for your departure will be provided. Alternatively, the resort stay can be enjoyed before the cruise for a flexible itinerary.

The waters and passes around Alimatha and the eastern side of Vaavu Atoll offer an exceptional underwater experience, with manta rays during the wet monsoon and pelagic fish year-round. Myaru Kandu and the Myaru Kandu Marine Reserve are must-see dive sites for experienced divers, featuring strong currents and abundant marine life. The outer reef at Foththeyo Falhu is renowned for its rich fish populations, particularly from December to April, making it one of the top dive spots in the archipelago. During the dry monsoon, Dhiggiri Point also offers an impressive array of marine life, ensuring that divers can enjoy remarkable underwater experiences throughout the year.
